The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website.

Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

For detailed information on the subject of data protection, please refer to our data protection declaration listed below this text.

This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for.

It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses or similar).

How do we collect your data?

On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This can be, for example, data that you send us by email.

Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.

I. Data processing and revocation

1. Cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses.

Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies".

They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them.

These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases,

exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser.

If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you have requested are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services.

If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. a consent to store cookies, cookies to analyze your surfing behavior),

the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

2. Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

– Visited website

– Time at the time of access

– Amount of data sent in bytes

– Source/reference from which you came to the page

– Browser used

– Operating system used

– IP address used

– Status code

– User agent sent by the client

– Remote user

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

Our server is configured to automatically delete these log files after 6 months. The IP address is deleted after 7 days.

3. Inquiry by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail your request including all resulting personal data (name, e-mail address, phone number, fax, content of the request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and / or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests sent to us.

The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular legal retention periods – remain unaffected.

4. Withdrawing of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke an already given consent at any time.

For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.II. Your rightsYou have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to demand the correction or deletion of this data.

For this purpose as well as for further questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.

For details, please refer to the privacy policy under "Right to restriction of processing".

1. Information, deletion and correction

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data,

its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. For this purpose,

as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time.

2. Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. For this purpose, you can contact us at any time.

The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

– If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the review,

you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

– If the processing of your personal data has happened / is happening unlawfully, you can request the restriction of

data processing instead of deletion.

-If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to

request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure.

-If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balancing of your and our interests must be carried out.

As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may- apart from being stored –

only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

3. Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller,

this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

4. Rights to object to processing

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. We will no longer process the personal data in the event of an objection, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.

5. Right of complaint to the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The right of appeal is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

III. Miscellaneous

1. Google web fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. A connection to Google servers does not take place.

2. Security compliance measures

We use technical and organizational security measures to ensure that the personal data of our users is protected against loss, incorrect modification or unauthorized access by third parties. In particular, we strive to prevent any automatic reading of our website and its data files by third parties. With the European operator of our server (server location EU), we have concluded a contract for contract data processing.

3. SSL- Encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us

cannot be read by third parties.

4. Changes to this privacy policy

Due to the further development of our websites and offers on them or due to changed legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to change this privacy policy. You can view and print out the current data protection statement at any time on our website.
